Career growth strategist and founder of Elerex Academy. For over a decade she has worked with professionals on confidence, workplace dynamics, and communication, first leading teams in marketing, sales, and community engagement, and since then coaching hundreds of people across industries.
Her approach combines training and coaching deliberately. The training side gives you clear frameworks, tools, and exercises you can apply right away. The coaching side makes sure you integrate them into your real working life, under pressure, without becoming someone you do not recognize.
She holds a Bachelor's in Management and a Master's in Art History and Criticism from Arizona State University, and works with clients in English and Persian.

What does the first session cost?
The In-Depth Strategy Session is 65 minutes and €138, including VAT. It is a working session rather than a sales call. If you go on to start a program within 30 days, half of that fee comes off the program price. Program pricing is covered during the session.
Is this coaching or training?
Both, on purpose. Training gives you frameworks, tools, and exercises you can use immediately. Coaching is where you work out how to apply them in your specific team, with your specific manager, under real pressure. Programs that only do one of the two tend not to stick.
Are sessions online or in person?
Sessions run online, so you can work with Ellee from anywhere. In-person sessions, and workshops for teams and organizations, are available on request.
Which languages do you coach in?
English and Persian.
Can my employer pay for this?
Often, yes. The Leadership Readiness Track in particular is structured to fit inside a company learning and development budget, and clients regularly route it through professional development funding. You can be given what you need to put it in front of your manager.
What if I choose the wrong program?
That is what the strategy session is for. And if you start a program and it later turns out your actual bottleneck is somewhere else, you get routed to the right one rather than stretched through the wrong one.
